Objet: [Xen-users] xen fails to boot on linux kernel 4.6 with debian
I installed debian jessie ( 8.3 ) which comes default with linux kernel 3.16. I upgraded the linux kernel to 4.3. Debian loads fine after the upgrade.  I changed pin stretch and stretch-updates to 499, jessie and jessie-updates to 500 -- so that I can install xen 4.6.
When I'm booting into Xen after making it the default in grub Xen 4.6 with Linux 4.3.0-1 the bootup just freezes.

Xen 4.6 and Linux 3.16.0-4   -- boots OK

Xen 4.4 and Linux 4.3.0-1  -- boot FAILS

Xen 4.4 and Linux 3.16.0-4   -- boots OK

This is the log when trying to boot into Xen 4.6 and Linux 4.3 in recovery mode : https://gist.github.com/anonymous/5924e009c506e5cfe57a
