No it just freezes at the last entry of the log.Â

This is more likely to be an issue with Linux 4.3.

So if you boot Xen 4.6 + Linux 4.3 in recovery mode it works? The log
doesn't seem to reveal errors.

Can you get the log when it fails to boot?
