And you can find the XCP 1.1 kernel headers on the auxiliary ISO on the XCP
1.1 download page - you can either build on a generic Linux system or
install gcc etc. into a XCP dom0. The driver build is a standard Linux
procedure - the presence of Xen underneath doesn't affect it.
