Those are entries in /etc/inittab, it usually means that getty  
doesn't like the device it is associated with.
There still might be some udev issues.

Can you ping/telnet/ssh to the box?
if so, you may be missing the ttys that getty is looking for.

hmm, I think thats simply seeing the message as it happens (because  
of CONFIG_EARLY_PRINTK) and then you see it as a historical dump.
