[Xen-devel] [PATCH for-4.11 0/2] XSA-295 backport adjustments

XSM was broken (patch 1) and the removal of arch_evtchn_inject() was
only partially done (patch 2).

1: XSM: adjust Kconfig names
2: x86: drop arch_evtchn_inject()

I'm not going to wait for any acks; in case of issues further incremental
fixups will need to do.

These adjustments will also be needed on older branches, but I'd first
like to see how 4.11 goes (not the least to get 4.11.2 out the door
_finally_).
