The aim is to use the new pci-emulation layer to perform pci-passthrough to both HVM and PVH guests, deprecating the passthrough code inside of QEMU. I would prefer to have the reset mechanism inside of Xen, but I'm not sure how feasible it is to put this code inside of Xen because I haven't looked at it yet.
