[Xen-API] [XCP] [BUG] domain disappearance during migration

XCP 1.1 (not sure if that version is maintained)

Description:

use almost all memory on host with fixed memory setting, start VM with 
enabled balloon, deflate balloon near the max possible memory for host, 
try to do live migration.
If host contain only 1024k free memory, migration fails with:

msg: INTERNAL_ERROR: [ Domain.Xenguest_failure("Error while waiting for 
suspend notification: xc_domain_save 1  Couldn't enable shadow mode (rc 
-1) (errno 12)\\\"") ] (this is fine)
but when I inflate balloon to make free just 6M, during migration I got 
'p'aused domain on target and no domain on source machine. Migration 
operation is 'pending' with 0.285 progress and vm status is 'running'.
