[Xen-users] How to translate a hypervisor virtual address to physical address?

I've installed a nested Xen hypervisor. And the virtual address of hypervisor functions (e.g. hypercall) can be obtained through the debug symbol file of Xen. But how can I translate these virtual addresses into physical ones?
