Need more informations about your dom0 installation, domU xl file
configuration and logs (of domU's qemu, xl dmesg output...)
With the very limited information of your posts is almost impossible to find
your problem unfortunately.
I have done many test builds of the past few weeks with qemu 1.6 or 1.7 from
upstream git but I never had the basic support of spice not working.
Here for example one of my latest test build with details about dom0
installation:
