[Xen-users] make dist error - libxenctrl permission denied

Using source from Xen-4.1.3, I was able to successfully complete the following:
 make xen tools
 sudo make install

But then tried "make dist" and got this error:

Using Ubuntu-12.10, 64bit. Why would there be a permission on
something built within my home directory by 'skippy' user?
