That's what I considered, thank you for confirmation. But if you are using XCP from Ubuntu/Debian release, pretty sure there are some issues, at least, in my test, XCP on Ubuntu 12.04 doesn't work with Cloudstack, as the XCP package is totally changed. No, mine is bare-metal install from ISOs from xen.org.I have a funny install process, using PXE network boot and installing on a USB Flash, so I don't install directly form the ISO. Already discarded that the "funny" details of my set up are cosing me to fail, the behavior on a regular HDD install from a CDROM is just the same. Have not posted it to the list yet. If I success to reproduce my problem with proprietary XenServer, I will know that it's not XCP specific issue. Is not, I'll do my best to fill a bug report. -----Original Message----- From: xen-users-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:xen-users- bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Alexandre Kouznetsov Sent: Wednesday, June 13, 2012 3:56 PM To: xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: [Xen-users] Xen Source Management Hello, Edison. I'm getting much pain trying to make CloudStack 3.0.x, installed over a Oneiric (a their's installation instruction suggests), to play nice with XCP 1.1. AFAIK, XCP 1.5 is the one not supported, although I have not got 1.1 to work fine. Is my cause lost, and XCP 1.1 is known not to work with CloudStack? Thank you. -- Alexandre Kouznetsov _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xen.org/xen-users
