Just succeeded with an ATI Radeon HD 6870, driver installation was a bit buggy (if BSOD or failed performance, uninstall & try again).  Reproduced success with 12.2 drivers, 12.3 I got working once but not since.  Usually have to install the driver first (custom not express) then after rebooting a couple times rerun to install CCC & other components.

I'll be posting a detailed guide on the wiki hopefully by this weekend, as well as a demo-video.
