This usually means that something in the hypervisor forgot to release a
lock, which would be a bug in the hypervisor (obviously).

Please can you take a look at 
http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/Reporting_Bugs_against_Xen and report to the
xen-devel list including details like which exact changeset you are
running, the commands you are running, guest configs etc etc.

The stack trace naturally doesn't include the place which forgot to
release the lock but hopefully the above should suggest some next steps
for debugging.
