Have you looked in /var/log/xen to see if there are any interesting After I read the logs (qemu-de-*.log), I found all of them include several "common" errors: xs_read(/local/domain/0/ device-model/3/xen_extended_power_mgmt): read error xs_read(): vncpasswd get error. /vm/a11e9c05-7bed-f7cd-e0e7-00506415b739/vncpasswd. I am running Xen 4.1.2 and built it from source. Indeed I need a runnable guest ASAP but we want to run it on a built-from-source Xen because we want to modify Xen source code a bit later.
