[Xen-users] Working backwards

Ok, I've had some success with XCP. I've got the server running, I've tried a W7 guest and an Ubuntu 11.10 guest. I got NX working on Ubuntu. Created my first SR on software raid. If anyone needs help with that I'm game but I need some help as well.

1. How in the world do I write a config file (like in xen documenation) so I can get more video ram and change other settings? 

2. How do I connect a virtual network device in the command line? I've been cheating and using XenCenter

3. Is there an easy way to install RUBY damn!
