[Xen-users] Domain running even after shutting down

I installed mydomU as ubuntu but it is not shutting down
in fact I was not able to login also in it the following are the outputs


root@abhitech-desktop:~# xm shutdown mydomU
root@abhitech-desktop:~# xm list

mydomU                                       1   128     1     --p---      9.9
