I just reproduces the error while having Driver Verification enabled.
The Error I see is:

0xC9 (0x5, 0xFFFFFADFCD7219B0, 0x0, 0x2)

which is a DRIVER_VERIFIER_IOMANAGER_VIOLATION and seems to try to tell
me that the IRQL changed from 0 to 2 during IoCallDriver().

I hope anyone can interpret what that means, because I can't :(
