For para-virtualized VMs, start with /etc/xen/examples/xmexample1; for fully-virtualized VMs, start with /etc/xen/examples/xmexample.hvm. You'll need to change (at very least) the "name" and "disk" parameters. I don't know what different from para and fully virtualized vm ? paravirtualised is software virtualisation while fully virtualised vm is when virtualisation is supported in the chipset (VT -enabled processor). Most probabily you will be having to use the para-virtualised examples.. unless you have the latest VT -enabled processor.
