Since Asus released a new version of their BIOS this week for the 
motherboard where I'm seeing this issue, I'm hoping that I can get it to 
go away for good now.
When I researched the "nobody cared" message a few months ago, I found 
references going back to 2002.  Seems like it crops up periodically with 
various motherboards over the years.
