init has generated signal 11 but has no handler for it

you might want to try booting with init=/bin/bash to see whats missing.

This kernel panic was using init=/bin/bash.

hmm, this usually works for me, unfortunately hollis and I are traveling, but we'd all be interested anything else that comes up.
