[Xen-devel] 4.10.4 preparations

All,

while 4.11.2 still suffers delays, 4.10.4 is about due now as well.
Please point out backports you find missing from its staging tree.
I have these two already queued

b144cf45d5      x86/vhpet: avoid 'small' time diff test on resume
e2105180f9      x86/spec-ctrl: Knights Landing/Mill are retpoline-safe

but I don't view them as critical enough to apply just on their own
(once they pass the push gate on the master branch).

Please note that this is going to be the last XenProject coordinated
release from this branch; the branch will then switch into security
only maintenance mode.
