Well spotted, thanks.

These are just the wrapper scripts and example configurations, not the
full thing, but yes they shouldn't be installed (they don't live under
tools/python is how they got missed).

The xendomains stuff is supposed to be there since it works with xl too.

I'll have a think about getting rid of the rest...
