[Xen-devel] constructing packets for testing

Someone has reported a problem with GPLPV that I can't replicate, most likely 
because the layout on the ring is different resulting in a different set of 
buffers passed to windows. I can replay a tcpdump capture, but that doesn't end 
up amounting to the same thing.

Is there a tool around to do this or would I need to write my own?
