Sorry, I shall be more clear about steps to reproduce:

xl list is fine as long I didn't start any domU after reboot.

If I xl create hvmdomU.cfg then it will overload the server and xl
list will stuck as well... meaning once you issue the first xl create
hvmdomU.cfg (starting first domU using xl) then xl list will stuck as
well.  Last known working changeset for xen-4.1-testing is
23269:d67e4d12723f.
