This patch is against something subtly different to xen-unstable.hg.

xen-unstable.hg contains this:

| clean:
|         rm -f $(BIN) $(DEPS)
|
|
| %: %.c Makefile

Differences include: presence of $(BIN) rather than two consecutive
spaces, and one or two blank lines.
