While rebasing cpupools to xen-unstable, I realised XEN_DOMCTL_mem_sharing_op and XEN_DOMCTL_disable_migrate are defined both to be 58. Attached patch corrects this and puts all defines of domctl operations in the main structure to avoid errors like this in the future.
