I just want to balloon the memory of Windows guest,  it seems that neither GPLpv driver nor  Citrix/XCP Windows PV drivers  includs it.
 
who ever has tried it?

Here's the patch to Xen that enables Citrix/XCP Windows PV drivers to
work on "normal" Xen:
