[Xen-cim] [PATCH]move to tip

All,
This set of patches allows the providers to be compiled with the tip of
the unstable tree. 
There are still two open problems
- Integration with the vdi code
- I am seeing some Segfaults when I enumerate Xen_Memory and I am
looking at the problem.
I am sending these out so that we can have more eyes on the code..
