Does the 'virbr0' interface exist? Do you see vifX.0 interface when you start
the guest?

You can also turn these off:
CONFIG_XEN_DEBUG_FS=y
CONFIG_XEN_DEBUG=y

Looking at your lsmod .. you are missing xen_netbk (or xen_netback - I keep on
forgetting the right name) loaded. You might just want to compile it in the
kernel.
