FOr a Dell/Avocent KVM switch a boot of the XEN demo CD only showed a "signal
out of bounds" instead of some graphics. The typical user will be unable to do
anything with the demo CD.
The problem is quite well known, but I'm unsure what the exact reason is. X11
server seems to use VESA video modes, but somehow those don't fit for the
display.
