Our result was below. Cached IO degradation was improved in some degree. But
I am not so sure if we can say that the original degradation problem has been
solved.

Xen : ia64-unstable C/S 11810
Native: rhel4u4
Xen0 : linux-2.6.16.29-xen
XenU : linux-2.6.16.29-xen

o hdparm -tT /dev/sda2
    buffered IO: native 93.297 MB/s
                 dom0 92.969 (0.99)
                 domU 92.743 (0.99)

    cached IO: native 5959.69 MB/s
                 dom0 5481.489 (0.92)
                 domU 5037.761 (0.85)

The values are averaged over 10 times trials.
