When will USB HID support be available in the nightly tarball builds for 
-unstable? 

Rebuilt -unstable adding USB support and the full HID module to dom0, this time
the blade came up without keyboard _or_ network, so can't SSH to check dmesg
output.  Did "make ARCH=xen clean" in the xen0 kernel dir and rebuilt, same 
result.
