[Xen-API] xen-api-tools compile fail

I am attempting to compile xen-api-tools on arch linux and I had installed ocaml-rpclib but when I try to compile it it gives me error.

Campl4: Uncaught exception: DynLoader.Error ("pa_rpc.cma") file not found in path. Can someone point me to fix how is path defined and were ?
