[Xen-API] How to compile XAPI...

Hi all !
I'm observe this topics too later.
My XAPI expiriences has too long age - from the september of last year 
approximatelly.
I can built all packages from scratch manually - with no any tampa-related 
things and epel repo.
I've almost operated environment. At the current time i'm busy with the 
bugfixing.
If anybody wish to get instruction, please call me with no any hesitates.
