[Xen-API] API guide inconsistency

Hi all,

I'm looking at v1.10 of the PDF, page 366, RPC name 'VDI.introduce'.

* 4 parameters are visible with the rest cropped off in the right 
margin.
* 18 parameters shown in the table below it.

* The actual RPC seems to want 9 parameters (testing on XCP 1.6).

 ... MESSAGE_PARAMETER_COUNT_MISMATCH, VDI.introduce, 9 ...

Could someone point me to an un-cropped document or where in the source 
I can figure out what parameters are required and in what order?
