[Xen-API] VM creation failing when performed with xen centre on ubuntu 12.04

Hi all,
         platform:ubuntu 12.04 (64bit) with XCP-XAPI ,4 GB,i5 processor.
         XEN Centre running on windows XP

when i try to create vm through xen centre its failing on step 3 installtion media selection"
