In `ctors.h` the `UK_CTOR_FUNC` macro is marked as
`/* DELETEME: Compatibility wrapper for existing code, to be removed! */`.
Therefore, I think we could change the definition of `_UK_BUS_REGISTER_CTOR`
from
```#define _UK_BUS_REGISTER_CTOR(CTOR, prio) \
UK_CTOR_FUNC(prio, CTOR)```
to
```#define _UK_BUS_REGISTER_CTOR(CTOR, prio) \
UK_CTOR_PRIO(CTOR, prio)```
