[Xense-devel] [XSM:ACM][PATCH] null dereference bug fix v2

The attached patch fixes a null dereference bug in XSM:ACM.  The
previously applied version of this patch (changeset 15975:96f46954c7f1)
should be reverted because it did not correctly preserve policy state.
