Thanks for your reply. I am compiling on Solaris B44.

In common.mk changed

ACM_SECURITY ?= y
ACM_USE_SECURITY_POLICY ?= ACM_CHINESE_WALL_AND_SIMPLE_TYPE_ENFORCEMENT_POLICY

You might the first one to try it.
What's the environment you are compiling Xen on - Linux?
Can you post the error messages and the surrouding part of the build log
(make 2>&1 | tee build.txt) , please.
