xen-4.19.1 fails building b/c of unavailable git submodule (needed by ovmf)

Hello,
on a freshly installed debian 12.8, I tried to build xen-4.19.1.

"./configure --prefix=/usr --exec-prefix=/usr/local --enable-ovmf  --enable-systemd"

ran fine.

"make dist" runs for a while, then prompts for a github username

Username for 'https://github.com':

it looks like a submodule in xen-4.19.1/tools/firmware/ovmf-dir-remote/ namely  https://github.com/Zeex/subhook.git is not available any more.

I also tried xen-4.19.0 (and also one 4.18 release, which I don't remember) with the same result.

If you need any additional info, feel free to contact me.

Thanks for looking into this!
