  • Thread-topic: Build Xen 4.16 Help

Hello,

I've been working on trying to build Xen Release 4.16.1 on a local machine but I run into a problem where I need to make the BaseTools. But when I try to build those, I error out on several fields where it states "unsigned char declared as pointer". Any idea what the solution or workaround may be to get these to compile and build correctly?

I did see unrelated to Xen that when someone had this problem they had to rebase the BaseTools project; but that was back at the end of 2021.

Thank you,

Doug Steiert
