Yes, we have packages and full installs running.

Since AlmaLinux 9 was out first in May 2022, we are building with the
alma+epel-9-x86_64 mock chroot.

We have dom0 kernel since Feb 2022 when CS-9 was practical, now it is
too far ahead.

Now that Oracle 9 is here, this is an interesting choice with
kernal-uek, avoiding the political foot-dragging at elrepo-kernel .

I have an el9 repo with 4300 packages built since April 2022.
