Another thing that catches my eye are the constant fails from beginning to end 
on nvme:

nvme nvme0: pci function x
nvme x: PCI INT A: no GSI
Time-outs I/O x QID completion polled
missing or invalid SUBQN field
Timeouts and probes / completion pilled
