Xen support for aarch64 architecture

Hello,

I would like to ask if Xen is supported and stable with the arm architecture 
aarch64?

I am looking into building a Debian 10 server with an Ampere Computing Altra 
arm CPU (https://amperecomputing.com/altra/) and would like to use Xen for 
paravirtualized virtual machines on it.
