I find that the problem may be caused by userspace drivers which are introduced by Android. As it is mentioned in the wiki of Xen project (https://wiki.xenproject.org/wiki/Xen_ARM_with_Virtualization_Extensions_whitepaper),
specific drivers can be simply assigned to the VM through several steps. I just want to know where can I find more details on conducting such steps.

You need a lot more than just kernel support for xen to be Dom0. You at
least need the xen tools themselves, and probably do not want crap like
the android gui.
