I'm not sure if the following dom0 panic is a Xen problem, but I've seen it frequently since the recent Xen security patches (XSA-185-187). Before the patches, I had only seen it a couple times this year. Now, some of my machines see it every few days. Xen is 4.6.3, and Linux dom0 is 4.4.15 (also tried 4.4.20). Has anyone else seen anything like this? Thanks. - Brian ------------------------------------- general protection fault: 0000 [#1] SMP RIP: e030:[<ffffffff81178aa5>] [<ffffffff81178aa5>] put_page+0x5/0x40^M Call Trace: <IRQ> [<ffffffff814907ce>] ? skb_release_data+0x6e/0xd0 [<ffffffff81490843>] ? skb_queue_purge+0x13/0x30 [<ffffffff814906de>] ? kfree_skb+0x2e/0x90 [<ffffffff81490843>] ? skb_queue_purge+0x13/0x30 [<ffffffff814d2a3f>] ? netlink_sock_destruct+0x5f/0x160 [<ffffffff8148e20a>] ? sk_destruct+0x1a/0x110 [<ffffffff810d8347>] ? rcu_process_callbacks+0x207/0x5d0 [<ffffffff8107dc62>] ? __do_softirq+0x112/0x2b0 [<ffffffff8107df36>] ? irq_exit+0x86/0x90 [<ffffffff813bbd41>] ? xen_evtchn_do_upcall+0x31/0x40 [<ffffffff815a11ee>] ? xen_do_hypervisor_callback+0x1e/0x40 <EOI> [<ffffffff810013aa>] ? xen_hypercall_sched_op+0xa/0x20 [<ffffffff810013aa>] ? xen_hypercall_sched_op+0xa/0x20 [<ffffffff8100c18c>] ? xen_safe_halt+0xc/0x20 [<ffffffff81020968>] ? default_idle+0x18/0xd0 [<ffffffff810b8e33>] ? cpu_startup_entry+0x323/0x380 [<ffffffff81b36f95>] ? start_kernel+0x486/0x4a6 [<ffffffff81b39238>] ? xen_start_kernel+0x52d/0x537 Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt Kernel Offset: disabled _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxx https://lists.xen.org/xen-users
