OK. That sounds weird. Anything suspicious from xenstore or xl log? I cannot reproduce it here as I don't have a machine that could host so many guests...

Hi Kun Cheng.
I´m sure there are enough resources. While running those 50 PV
guests I can deploy others guest in HVM mode.
The problem raises only when I try to deploy another PV guest
(beyond the 50).
Thank you for your post.

Perhaps because of the limited resource? I
experienced similar situation as I use a old desktop to run Xen
4.1 several years ago. Dom0 died occasionally as the resource
was tight so no logs were found either.

No messages appears in console log, even in the hypervisor.log
The tests were did under xen versions 4.4.4, 4.6.1, 4.6.3 and
4.7
The xen.gz line command contains loglvl=all guest_loglvl=all
parameters.
I also looked for any kind of limitation constant (like "50")
in the
source files with no success.
I'm running in a dual Xeon X5660 (12 cores / 24 HT) and 64
GBytes RAM.
Each VM consumes less the 400 MB of RAM.
