You need to convert The configuration file for a xl’s managed VM to libvirt xml file , you can use domxml-from-native and domxml-to-native to convert to libvirt
xml configuration :
Virsh domxml-from-native xen-xm /etc/xen/guest.cfg
The output xml file will be placed in /etc/libvirt/qemu/
This is what you need to convert your xl config file to xml and manage your vm via virsh or virt-manager GUI .

I started my Xen VM and how can I work with it via "libvirsh" ?

virsh autstart domain-name ( mark the domain for auto start with the host ) .
you can do a lot of stuff from virsh you can migrate to another hypervisor
