all 3 builds now cover 4.7.0-rc3

I've tested all of them. I suggest using

GRUB_DISABLE_OS_PROBER="true"

in /etc/default/grub, especially if you have plenty of LVM domU.

Xenial (16.04)

Centos (7.2.1511)

the C7 build has a SPEC & SRPM for repeatability.

By tomorrow, I should have fc24 ready, too. It builds with the same issues as Xenial.
