Greetings,

I currently have Xen 4.4.1 running on Ubuntu 14.04.2.

When I first installed it I was able to get two virtual machines up and running (this was a couple months ago). Now when trying to create more virtual machines I keep getting this message:

root@fractal:/home/ethan# xl create /etc/xen/falcon.cfg -c
Parsing config from /etc/xen/falcon.cfg
xenconsole: Could not read tty from store: No such file or directory
libxl: error: libxl_exec.c:118:libxl_report_child_exitstatus: console child [0]
exited with error status 2

a `ps ax` shows:

 3477 ?        RLsl   0:03 /usr/lib/xen-4.4/bin/xl create /etc/xen/falcon.cfg -c

and this just keeps cycling until I kill the `xl create` job.

The falcon.cfg file looks like:

name = 'falcon'

kernel = '/distros/ubuntu/i386/precise/vmlinuz'
ramdisk = '/distros/ubuntu/i386/precise/initrd.gz'
extra = 'debian-installer/exit/always_halt=true-- console=hvc0'

memory = 1024
maxmem = 1024

vcpus = 1
maxvcpus = 1

vif = ['']

disk = ['phy:/dev/xen-disks/falcon_openerp,xvda,w']

on_poweroff = 'destroy'
on_reboot = 'restart'
on_crash = 'restart'

Any ideas what I have done wrong?
